To upgrade your Mac Mail Plugin please follow these steps:
1. Close Mac Mail
2. Navigate to "~/Library/Mail/Bundles" and delete the ClickToFile.mailbundle
3. If the bundle is not in that folder, please navigate to "/Library/Mail/Bundles" and delete the ClickToFile.mailbundle from there
4. Once the old version of the plugin is uninstalled, please download the latest update from: http://www.justclicktofile.com/MacMailUpdate.zip
5. Unpack the zip file and run the installer. If Apple prevents you from running the installer, hold down the CONTROL key and right-click on the installer and choose to run the app with "Installer"
6. Once the install finishes, open Mac Mail
7. Re-Authorize Click to File with Clio

If you have Mac OSX Mojave installed, you will need to take the following steps prior to being able to re-authorize with Clio:
1. Once Mail opens, click on the Mail menu item and then Preferences;
2. In Preferences, go to General tab and click on Manage Plug-ins from the bottom left corner of the window;
3. Enable JCTF.amilbundle or JustClickToFile.mailbundle by enabling the checkbox and then click "Apply and Restart Mail"
4. Once Mac Mail restarts, re-Authorize Click to File with Clio
Once the above steps are complete you are now set to use the application again. Please note that unlike our previous versions, the new version requires you to search for matters prior to the file matters list being populated. To search, type in part of the Client Name, Matter Number or Matter Description. The results are populated real-time from Clio.
Alternative Installation
Should you run into any issues with the official installer, please download Package.zip from this support article and then copy the contents of the archive to "~/Library/Mail/Bundles". Thereafter, close and reopen Mail and follow steps #6 through #7 to get the application running.
